The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) announce the 27th Biannual CDC/ATSDR Tribal Advisory Committee (TAC) Meeting will be held February 21-22, 2024, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, with the option to attend in person or virtually.
This meeting will provide opportunities for the TAC representatives to engage with CDC leadership. CDC relies on the TAC to identify immediate and emerging public health issues in Indian Country. CDC encourages tribal leaders to reach out to their TAC representatives so they may share their thoughts and comments with CDC/ATSDR leadership, as there is no opportunity for public comment at the TAC meeting. The meeting agenda will be available on the CDC/ATSDR Tribal Advisory Committee webpage in Winter of 2023.
Registration is required for both in-person and virtual attendance. Please use the registration form and indicate whether you’ll attend in person or virtually. Seating at the in-person event is limited, so be sure to register early if you plan to attend in person.
